We have security guy working from 6.00 p.m. – 6.00 a.m. everyday.

How to use the kitchen hood and the stove? The kitchen hood is above the stove. To use it, just pull it toward yourself and the machine is going to work.


To use the stove, touch the power button for 5 seconds until the red lights appear touch the first button to use the upper stove, or touch the second one to use the lower stove once you touch it, a small dot will appear under the "0" number after you see the small dot, touch {+} or {-} to control the heat of the stove. there is a button in "a key" picture where the stove will be locked at the heat you choose. Press it again to unlock when you finish cooking, press the power button for 5 seconds to power off the stove.

How to use the Smart TV?
The TV in your room is a Smart TV which is already connected to the internet. Press the "Smart Hub" button to open Smart Hub choose the application you need to access such as Netflix, Youtube and etc. Log in with your own accounts and enjoy. We also have other Thai channels as well.

How to use the safe box?
Setting your code: open the safe press the reset button on the inside of the door and yellow light will illuminate for 30 seconds → during this time, input your new code (3-8 digits) and press * or # button it will be confirmed by one beep and the yellow light will go out. The new code is now set as required.

Where does the posts box locate?
When you face the reception desk, walk to the left of the desk and you will see all postbox's compartments and the number that belongs to you will be in the same as your room number (69/…). Please always find your parcels in the postbox first. If you do not see anything there, please contact reception because if it is bigger than the compartment, we keep it safe in our locker.
Where does the garbage locate?
There is only one provided garbage area which is located on the 1st floor. When you walk out of the automatic door at the lobby, walk to the right toward the last car parking lot. You will find garbage behind it.



What to do in case my key card is missing
or I forgot it inside the room?


Call to one of these numbers: 062-392-0825 (Yayah, 09:00 - 17:00), 06-5382-6502 (Solya, 17:00 - 09:00). You'll have to identify yourself, so that we can make sure you are our guest. Wait at the lobby until someone arrives to open room for you. This step would take from 30 mins to 1 hour as we need time to get the condo
